Shipping & Returns

The Following is our Shipping Policy. We offer Free Shipping on ALL of our furniture products listed on our store. This includes ALL shipments within the contiguous United States as our primary shipment source.

  • Most smaller items will ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx ground.
  • Large items (like sofas and heavy beds) will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping ABF freight. RLcarriers, or other freight carrier (customer is responsible for bringing order inside and setting up)
  • Some of our heavier items ship "Signature Required", so someone will need to be present to sign for order upon delivery.
  • Larger orders that ship out via freight carrier are not not eligible for "no signature required", and someone must be home to accept and sign for delivery. (you will be able to schedule a convenient day/time for delivery with the shipper)

Cancellation Policy

We dedicate and pride ourselves on how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please Carefully review your order before submitting to prevent a need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue a full refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. Please note that while we do offer free shipping to you, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.

Return Policy

Please notify us within 30 days (for ANY item) upon delivery of your item to request a Return Authorization. If the return is due to an order having been damaged, defective, or incorrect (please double-check that all fields are correct before submitting payment), we will arrange for prepaid return at our expense and issue a full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is due to reasons other than the item(s) being damaged, defective, or incorrect then you are responsible for shipping costs incurred. 

Before returning a product, please obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting us and provide the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the issue. Refund minus any applicable return shipping costs will be credited shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Orders

Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at NO additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers, and/or pictures. Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive a full refund at NO charge to you.
